Sayan is a planned $49 million, 90-unit, luxury oceanfront tower. Ground-breaking is set for this summer, and completion is planned within two years. The 30-story tower is located at 16275 Collins Ave.
King David is a planned 14-story, 88-residence luxury project with a total sell-out price of $30 million. It is scheduled to break ground this June and be completed in June 2005.
"Yosi is undeniably the driving force behind our sales success," Frank Milton, president of J. Milton & Associates, says in a statement. Previously, Gil sold real estate in Israel, Los Angeles and South Florida.
