The 10-year lease is for 12,811 sf of office space in SunTrust Center at 515 E. Las Olas Blvd. The 211,000-sf complex is currently about 83% occupied.

The firm currently has an office in Miami on Biscayne Boulevard, but determined it also "wanted an office in Fort Lauderdale," says Karen L. Bridges, a broker involved in the transaction.

Bridges, along with Pike Rowley, represented the property owner, SunTrust Bank. Barbara Libertore Black and Matthew Goodman of CRESA Partners represented Berkowitz, Dick, Pollack & Brant.
