Quadrangle handles leasing activity at the nine-story building, which carries the address of 8020 Towers Crescent Dr. The other existing structure within the complex, 8000 Towers Crescent Dr., is a 450,000-sf building built in 1986 that spans 17-stories.

While the financial terms of the deal with IBM have not been disclosed, Boteler notes that, "the range of asking rents is $32 to $35 per-sf for the project's existing buildings." Those numbers, Boteler continues, are in response to the market's downturn, and will likely increase as the economy improves.
