VIENNA, VA-The second building in the Towers Crescent office development—which will ultimately offer 1.4 million sf of space—has opened its doors to a new tenant with IBM’s recent commitment to nearly 70,000 sf within the 200,000-sf office structure. Quadrangle Development Corp.’s vice president of leasing George Boteler tells GlobeSt.com that the computer technology company signed a five-year lease.

Quadrangle handles leasing activity at the nine-story building, which carries the address of 8020 Towers Crescent Dr. The other existing structure within the complex, 8000 Towers Crescent Dr., is a 450,000-sf building built in 1986 that spans 17-stories.
