"(Smith) is a proven business generator who has developed substantial relationships in the industrial sector," Peter R. Harrison, senior managing director of Cushman & Wakefield's South Florida operations, says in a statement. "Working together as a high-powered team, Brian and Wayne plan to tackle a growing number of large industrial sales and leasing assignments in the Miami-Dade and south Broward markets."

Smith began his career in the brokerage business at Alliance Commercial in December 1998. He specializes in selling and leasing bulk distribution centers. He has generated an annual average of $15 million in sales and leases.
