Smith Leaves Alliance, Joins C&W

MIAMI-Brian J. Smith, who had been a director and a top producer with Alliance Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. here, has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office as a director of industrial brokerage. Smith is teaming up with Wayne D. Ramoski, a veteran industrial broker.

“(Smith) is a proven business generator who has developed substantial relationships in the industrial sector,” Peter R. Harrison, senior managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida operations, says in a statement. “Working together as a high-powered team, Brian and Wayne plan to tackle a growing number of large industrial sales and leasing assignments in the Miami-Dade and south Broward markets.”
