Inland Empire retail properties are gaining in popularity among local commercial real estate investors, as this type of product is steadily increasing in value throughout both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. With the influx of white-collar professionals to the area, investors are beginning to see the opportunities to be found here in retail, multifamily and office product.
