Lyon has more than 20 years of broad-based real estate experience, as a broker, attorney and site-selection specialist. She was previously a director at Insignia/ESG, where she specialized in tenant-representation assignments.
While at Insignia, she represented numerous not-for-profits, technology, publishing and service-related organizations, including New York Cares, Doctors Without Borders and the Epilepsy Foundation. Earlier in her career, Lyon was an attorney at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, where her practice was primarily in the areas of real estate finance and commercial leasing.
Miovski previously served as a director with Insignia/ESG. His clients included Arcelor America International, Deloitte & Touche, and Thor Technologies. Miovski has been instrumental in completing 500,000 sf of transactions over the past three years.
Following the World Trade Center collapse, Miovski volunteered for the Real Estate Board of New York's (REBNY) Space Bank, which helped more than 120 small businesses secure new office space totaling more than 650,000 sf.
Insignia/ESG representatives declined to comment on the departures.
