Petch Gibbons, president and CEO of Advantis/GVA, credits Hutcheson with growing the Advantis presence in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate brokerage markets.

Hutcheson came to Advantis/GVA from Virginia-based Evergreen Development Co. where he was VP and CFO. He started his commercial real estate career with Goodman Segar, also Virginia-based. The St. Joe Co., parent of Advantis/GVA, acquired Goodman Segar in 1999.
