Locally based PPL Corp. will occupy the building's top six stories under an undisclosed lease arrangement with Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust, which developed and will manage the property. Construction cost of the facility, designed by the New York-based architectural firm of Robert A. M. Stern, was approximately $60 million. It is scheduled to open on May 19.

Scott V. Fainor, president and CEO of the bank, characterizes the opening of a full-service branch and regional office here as "the cornerstone of the bank's growth in Lehigh County."
