Before joining Stiles Development Co., Howe was president of the Howe Real Estate Corp., a full-service development consulting company based in Fort Lauderdale. He began his real estate career in 1994 with Swerdlow Real Estate Group. There, he was a project manager and a retail development coordinator on several projects, and general manager of the Las Olas Riverfront project.

Pryce has more than 10 years' experience in commercial and multi-family real estate development and management. He worked in property resident management with Nalbandian Properties in Gainesville, FL. There he oversaw operations of a 350-resident multi-family community.

Before that, he served in the U.S. Army for eight years, where he maintained and supervised the spending of a $10 million annual budget in the area of maintenance equipment of Bradley fighting vehicles. Currently, Pryce is active in the Florida Redevelopment Association.
