Stiles Development Hires Two Execs

MIAMI-Jason Howe was hired as development manager, and Douette Pryce joins the company as assistant development manager. The hires reflect continued growth in the Fort Lauderdale company's real estate development.

MIAMI-Stiles Development Co., a division of Stiles Corp. of Fort Lauderdale, has hired Jason Howe as development manager and Douette Pryce as assistant development manager. The company says these new hires reflect the company’s continued growth in all areas of real estate development.

Before joining Stiles Development Co., Howe was president of the Howe Real Estate Corp., a full-service development consulting company based in Fort Lauderdale. He began his real estate career in 1994 with Swerdlow Real Estate Group. There, he was a project manager and a retail development coordinator on several projects, and general manager of the Las Olas Riverfront project.
