Beginning next year, Epstein Becker & Green will occupy the entire 11th through 14th floors of the 21-story building, set between 46th and 47th streets. The firm already held 74,331 sf at the location.

The deal commits the legal team to another 16 years in the property, which is owned by 250 Park Avenue LLC. AEW Capital Management LP advised 250 Park Avenue LLC, and Moshe Sukenik of Newmark & Company Real Estate represented the law firm in the transaction. Epstein Becker & Green has more than 340 attorneys practicing in 11 offices located throughout the US.
