VenAventura Hires Architect for $22M Condo Project

MIAMI-Architect Jaime Schapiro of Schapiro Associates and Suffolk Construction Co., as the pre-selected general contractor, will work on the $22 million-plus luxury condominium development, The Atrium at Aventura, which is scheduled to break ground this summer.

MIAMI-VenAventura LLC, the developer of The Atrium at Aventura, a 119-unit, $22 million to $28 million luxury condominium project planned for Aventura, FL, has hired architect Jaime Schapiro of Schapiro Associates and Suffolk Construction Co. as its pre-selected general contractor.

VenAventura chose Schapiro Associates for its ability to combine artistic intent with science and technology, according to a spokesperson for the project. Schapiro Associates, formed in 1975, offers a full range of architectural services and instills a South American style into its work.

“Jaime was the clear choice for this project because [the firm has] so much experience in Miami Beach and [its] projects have seen such great success,” says Enrique Darer, a principal of VenAventura, a South American developer.
