The largest is an extension of the 61,100-sf space occupied by General Electric's intermodal transportation division at 426 West Lancaster Ave. in Devon. Brandywine's in-house brokers, Richard M. McGuckin and Chris Bieberbach, negotiated the extension.

Research Pharmaceutical Services signed a new lease for 26,710 sf at 610 West Germantown Pike at Plymouth Meeting Executive Campus, Plymouth Meeting, PA. Melissa Meyer of Brandywine negotiated the transaction.

The law firm of Stevens & Lee signed a new lease for 21,560 sf at Freedom Business Center in King of Prussia. David McFadden of NAI Geis Realty Group represented the tenant, and Bill Wilson and David Niles spoke for the owner.

Catholic Health Initiatives expanded to 17,354 sf at Oaklands Corporate Center in Exton. It was represented by Mark Gola of Gola Corporate Real Estate. Bieberbach represented Brandywine.

Scientific Connexions, which publishes scientific journals, leased 11,780 sf in Newtown. The Flynn Co. represented the tenant, and Keith Oldt of Brandywine represented the owner.

Boeing's aerospace and helicopter division takes 10,770 sf at 14 Campus Blvd. at the Newtown Square Corporate Campus in Newtown Square. Dan Dagit of CB Richard Ellis negotiated for Boeing. McGuckin represented Brandywine in this transaction and the extension of the Catholic Health East lease at the same facility.

Additional smaller space leases were inked as follows: Consolidated National Insurers, Beldon Partners, and Staats & Associates in Blue Bell, New Century Financial in Bensalem, JM Consulting, CSR Inc. and ESC Consulting Services in Bala Cynwyd, MCL Corp. in Plymouth Meeting, and A. Carey Co. in Horsham.
