Terms of the tile company's lease agreement have not been released, but space in the facility generally leases for about $4.50 per-sf, triple net. Located at 9325 Snowden River Parkway, Snowden Distribution Center was developed in 1968 and has recently undergone a massive upgrade that transformed it into a high-functioning modern property.

Whitehall Industrial Properties senior vice president Mark McConnell notes the new tenant "represents the overall desirability of this state-of-the-art facility." With DAL Tile's extended lease, the center is now 41% occupied.
