The project involved the construction of two new administrative office facilities that each stand two stories high. One building encompasses 25,000 sf, while the other one contains 12,000 sf. According to a KMA spokesperson, "The design scheme reflects that of the historically significant structures within the community." In addition to the two new facilities, a landscaped plaza and courtyard has also been created to replace the former administration building. Two levels of underground parking have also been built, and a pedestrian access network has been incorporated throughout the site.
In addition to KMA's services, Sundt Construction served as the general contractor, Hope Engineering as the structural engineer and Partners Planning & Engineering as the civil engineer. Gillespie Design worked as the landscape architect and Wieland Associates provided acoustic consulting.
