Kathleen Alberts, senior vice president of brokerage for Brenner Real Estate Group, represented both Docutek Imaging Solutions and the property owner, Boca Commercial Industrial Ltd., in the transaction.
In the other transaction, Management and Marketing Dynamics, doing business as Resource International, has leased 6,165 sf of space. The 38-month lease is valued at $150,591. The space is located at 990 S. Rogers Circle, Suite 4.
Alberts represented Boca Commercial Industrial Ltd., and Michael Falk of McCraney Falk represented Resource International in this transaction.
Boca Commercial Industrial Center totals 108,598 sf.
