The buyer has paid $3.5 million for the property, which is known as lot six. It is located within Oceanside's 350-acre Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre, which is also home to Idec Pharmaceuticals Corp. and a Hamann Construction venture known as Oceanic Enterprises. Idec Pharmaceuticals owns more than 86 acres in the complex and is currently at work building a 490,000-sf manufacturing facility here. Oceanic Enterprises, which is a joint venture between Hamann Construction and Carltas Investments, bought 30 acres here last year with plans to build several industrial buildings and its own headquarters facility on the site.
In the recent transaction, both Innovative Development Enterprises and seller Ivey Ranch Development Co. LLC were represented by David Onosko and Ron King of Coldwell Banker Commercial - North County Properties.
