Developer Buys Ocean Ranch Parcel for $3.5M

OCEANSIDE, CA-Buyer Innovative Development Enterprises Inc. dba Hamann Construction plans to construct industrial build-to-suit facilities on the 10.76-acre site known as lot six. The parcel is located within Oceanside's 350-acre Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre.

OCEANSIDE, CA-Additional industrial space will soon rise in Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre, as Innovative Development Enterprises Inc. dba Hamann Construction has acquired a 10.76-acre site here with plans to construct build-to-suit facilities on the there.

The buyer has paid $3.5 million for the property, which is known as lot six. It is located within Oceanside’s 350-acre Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre, which is also home to Idec Pharmaceuticals Corp. and a Hamann Construction venture known as Oceanic Enterprises. Idec Pharmaceuticals owns more than 86 acres in the complex and is currently at work building a 490,000-sf manufacturing facility here. Oceanic Enterprises, which is a joint venture between Hamann Construction and Carltas Investments, bought 30 acres here last year with plans to build several industrial buildings and its own headquarters facility on the site.
