Setzer, once a senior vice president of asset management for Maier Siebel Baber, rejoined the firm from San Francisco-based Simeon Commercial Properties, where he was a partner. Prior to Simeon, Setzer was responsible for asset management, leasing and marketing of the Bay Area portfolio for Paragon Group, which was subsequently acquired by Insignia. Setzer was not immediately available for comment.
