SAN FRANCISCO-The San Francisco-based real estate investment advisory Maier Siebel Baber has brought Curt Setzer back on board to take over primary management of its the capital transactions group, which initiates and manages the firm’s property acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

Setzer, once a senior vice president of asset management for Maier Siebel Baber, rejoined the firm from San Francisco-based Simeon Commercial Properties, where he was a partner. Prior to Simeon, Setzer was responsible for asset management, leasing and marketing of the Bay Area portfolio for Paragon Group, which was subsequently acquired by Insignia. Setzer was not immediately available for comment.
