With more than 25 years of experience, Studnicky is overseeing sales and marketing for the project and is charged with meeting the 50% pre-sales requirement to begin construction. He has directed sales for more than $1 billion in residential real estate, and has consulted on dozens of major real estate communities across the country. Recently, projects he was involved in include the Ritz-Carlton Club in Aspen and The Plaza Turtle Creek in Dallas.

Developer BSG Development Corp. in November was issued a building permit for the project. At that time, 6000 Indian Creek was expected to break ground early this year. Units are pre-sale priced at more than $550,000.
