The sale comes on the heels of the Gateway Center completion, which has brought 28,500 sf of office space to the Escondido market. Located at the northwest corner of Tulip Street and West Valley Parkway, Gateway Center's office component opened with 17,000 sf already leased up. Tenants in the three-story facility include First National Bank, The San Diego Union-Tribune, Countrywide Homes and Diamond Escrow.
