At build-out, the Office District's Phase I will consist of two facilities comprising 101,000 sf. This component of Liberty Station will eventually total seven buildings encompassing a combined 380,000 sf. Designed by architectural firm KMA, the office facilities will reflect the rich, historical style of the barracks located across Lawrence Court. They will be constructed of similar materials and will incorporate corresponding exterior details, such as cast stone details, balconies, arcades and clay tile roofs. The buildings' interiors will feature atrium lobbies, marble floors and 10-ft ceilings, as well as energy-efficient computerized mechanical systems and controls.

The Office District is one of various components in the new 361-acre Liberty Station development. The mixed-use project will include 125 acres of parks and open space, shopping villages and restaurants, as well as a 28-acre civic, arts and cultural district. There will also be two hotels, 249 single-family and multifamily homes and a 22-acre education campus anchored by High Tech High.
