Lanier has committed to five-years in the space, beginning this month. While the financial details of the lease with business park owner Prentiss Properties Trust have not been disclosed, space in the building averages about $29 per-sf.

"We are delighted to add Lanier Worldwide to our Willow Oaks Tenant Roster," says Prentiss senior vice president Janet Davis. "And we want to thank Steve Hubberman and Jim Dougherty of Julien J. Studley for their representation of Lanier."

Prentiss, a full-service real estate company, represented itself in the transaction. Lanier will be in good company at 8270 Willow Oaks Dr. Other tenants in the one-year-old building include Equient and Veridian Information Solutions, and occupants in the other park buildings include Exxon/Mobil.
