The building was originally constructed as a medical facility and completedin the 1960s. Later it was converted into an office building and additionalfloors were added to accommodate Bethlehem Steel.
Diversified has completed redecoration of the main lobby and made someadditional cosmetic improvements. Now the company is replacing outdated HVACsystems, repairing elevators, installing a sprinkler system and modernizinginteriors.
Of the building and renovation, Joseph Rosenbaum, Diversified's president,says his firm, "saw an opportunity to convert an under-performing propertywith significant untapped potential into premier office space within themarket."
Diversified, founded in 1999, focuses specifically on convertingunder-performing assets into stable, income-producing properties. Itcurrently owns and manages facilities in NJ, PA, VA, CT and TX.
