Cohen has directed sales and marketing at Turnberry's Porto Vita in Aventura for more than eight years. There he has totaled more than $300 million in sales. He joined the Porto Vita residential enclave, which is almost finished and 95% sold, during its inception in 1995. Before that, Cohen worked in sales at Williams Island and with Coscan Homes.

Turnberry Ocean Colony's two- to five-bedroom units will range from 2,200 sf to 5,700 sf and cost between $1 million and more than $4 million. The community will include a residents-only beach club and spa, which will cost an estimated $15 million.

Groundbreaking for the development's north tower and beach club is scheduled for summer 2004.
