Evergreen Grows to 260,000 SF in Richmond

RICHMOND, VA-Home and garden decorative accessories provider Evergreen Enterprises Inc. has announced that it will expand its current 160,000-sf facility on Midlothian Turnpike by 100,000 sf. Construction of the $5 million endeavor–for which both California and South Carolina were considered–will commence right away and will wrap up about six months later.

“When an existing company decides to expand its operations in Virginia, it is one of the best compliments our state can receive,” Gov. Mark R. Warner says in a statement on Evergreen’s decision. “This rapidly growing company will bring 100 new jobs to the City of Richmond.”
