MIAMI-Baker McKenzie, a large international law firm, has leased 24,000 sf of office space at Mellon Financial Center here. The firm is relocating from 1200 Brickell Ave. to the new location at 1111 Brickell Ave.

The 10-year lease is estimated to be worth approximately $7.92 million, based on the average rate in the building of $33 per sf. The firm will occupy one floor of the building, which totals 525,000 sf gross. Mellon Financial Center is about 80% leased.
