The renovation includes replacing brick towers with glass, which will allow the entrance of natural light on the upper floors of the four-story property; improved floorplan design, and renovation of the first-floor lobby.

Wayne, PA-based Thomas E. Hall and Associates is the architect of the renovation, and the construction management firm is King of Prussia, PA-based Nason & Cullen Construction.The building is currently 55% occupied, and tenants will remain during the renovation.

Brandywine owns and manages approximately 1.3 million sf of the total 4.5 million sf at Iron Run Corporate Center and also controls more than 65 acres for future development in the 550-acre center.
