The space is at 5835 Blue Lagoon Drive in Waterford Park. Jack Lowell of Codina Realty Services represented Aneli Investments LLC; and Tere Blanca de Ulloa, also of Codina Realty Services, represented Pars Real Estate Investment.

The building has been empty, but there is still a lease with Humana on the entire building, Lowell tells GlobeSt.com. That lease expires this October. Pars Real Estate Investment plans to occupy about two-thirds of the space in the building, he adds.

The company will be moving from its current location near Ryder's headquarters, he says. The building, built in 1988 and renovated in 1994, originally was a design-build facility for Wang computer company.
