Atlanta’s zoning review board previously voted for the Moreland Avenue project. And now the city’s full council has to vote on the venture April 21.

The developer has fought residents and Little Five Point neighbors all the way on the estimated $50 million venture. City hall sources confirm the residents have attached a list of 80 conditions to the development order request.
