Phoenix-based Fine Line Fabricating, a maker of stainless steel products, is expected to move into the 17464 N. 25th Ave. property in June, Jim Ryder, with Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com. The property is owned by Las Vegas-based WSP. The lease represents an expansion for the tenant, which will use the space as a production and storage facility, he added.
Ryder said Fine Line Fabricating selected the single-story industrial property with fenced yard storage because "we gave them a good deal." Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The property, located near Interstate 17 and Bell Road, was previously occupied by Sunburst Remodeling and had been available for lease for about four months, Ryder said. Ryder represented both the building owner and tenant.
