"The transaction allowed the client to dispose of excess space it had no need for, while structuring a long-term lease that will help Hyperfeed to control costs going into the future," Plonsker said.
Hyperfeed specializes in turnkey systems for databasing, integration and transmission of real-time data sources from exchanges, content providers and proprietary in-house sources. It provides direct access to all North American exchanges and offers data-cleansing and management tools for remote or on-site use.
Built in 1970 and renovated in 1990, 300 S. Wacker Dr. is a 35-story West Loop office tower. Floorplates at the 512,000-sf property are 14,790 sf.
