City and Suburban Sublease Space Goes Begging

PHILADELPHIA-Two prime office sublet spaces illustrate the bargains available

PHILADELPHIA-Companies can save about $10 per sf on prime office sublet space here or in the suburbs. Two current full-floor availabilities illustrate the bargains that are on the market as tenants seek to trade excess space for income.

The 4,700-sf, 11th floor of 1818 Market St. is offered on a sublease through March 2005 at $15 per sf, full service. The 13,520-sf second floor of 111 Presidential Blvd. at the BalaPointe Office Center in Bala Cynwyd is available on a sublease through January 2006 for $17 per sf, full service.
