BERKELEY, CA-The University of California, Berkeley, said Thursday that the team led by Memphis-based student housing developer Allen & O’Hara Inc. will develop its 26-acre, $135 million mixed-use project on San Pablo Avenue in Albany, California.

The proposed University Village project includes 617 units of rental housing and 70,000-sf of retail space including shops, restaurants, and a full-service grocery store.
