Brian Scott Holdings Inc. purchased the three parcels--in the northeast quadrant of Daniels Parkway and Treeline Avenue near the Southwest Florida International Airport--for $607,733, or about $87,696 per acre. These lots total 6.93 acres and are part of a larger parcel that consisted of 17.4 acres originally.
When sold, the total sale price of the project will be more than $1.7 million. The parcels eventually will have the same owner, Partridge says. Two more lots there, totaling more than 10 acres and priced at more than $1.1 million, are scheduled to close at the end of the year, he adds.
"This property is in much demand, with the improvements and the expansion of Southwest Florida International Airport," he says.
More details on the development should be available in a couple of months, according to Partridge, of Grubb & Ellis|VIP, who represented Vision Limited Partnership in the transaction.
