Vision Limited Sells 3 Parcels at Southwest FL Airport

MIAMI-Vision Limited Partnership of California has sold three more parcels in Sabal Ridge in Fort Myers, FL. The parcels, along with others next to them, make up the site of a future development that will consist of a large business park with major impact, Cramer Partridge, a broker involved in the transaction, tells GlobeSt.com.

Brian Scott Holdings Inc. purchased the three parcels–in the northeast quadrant of Daniels Parkway and Treeline Avenue near the Southwest Florida International Airport–for $607,733, or about $87,696 per acre. These lots total 6.93 acres and are part of a larger parcel that consisted of 17.4 acres originally.

When sold, the total sale price of the project will be more than $1.7 million. The parcels eventually will have the same owner, Partridge says. Two more lots there, totaling more than 10 acres and priced at more than $1.1 million, are scheduled to close at the end of the year, he adds.
