Located at 9902 Cervidae Lane, Deer Park consists of several three-story garden-style apartment structures. The sprawling 10.3-acre property also boasts a surface parking lot, a swimming pool and landscaped grounds. An official from the Baltimore County Department of Assessments and Taxation tells GlobeSt.com that the property has a 2003 assessed value of about $4.2 million.

A veritable flock of hopeful buyers showed interest in acquiring Deer Park, says sources close to the deal. "The market in the Baltimore area remains red hot from last year," Michael Rudolph of CBRE tells GlobeSt.com. "On most of our properties, we tend to get a range of 10 to 15 offers." Rudolph and colleagues Patricia C. Bonebrake, Michael E. Muldowney, and William S. Roohan all participated in closing the disposition deal.
