Towersource Inc., also of Atlanta, is occupying 1,758 sf for two years at 3240 Pointe Pkwy. Bruce May of Piedmont Commercial Property Co. negotiated for Towersource. There were no tenant brokers for QSR and Taylor.

At 3220 Pointe Pkwy., Doty & Associates of Atlanta leased 2,977 sf for three years. Sedoa Systems is taking 1,546 sf, also for three years. William Hardin of Hardin Realty Group negotiated for Sedoa. Doty didn't have a tenant broker. Marie Kastens and Kari Howell of Denholtz represented their company.
