Among the deals was Safeco Life Insurance Co., which renewed its 17,124-sf lease for class A space. This short-term lease is for the 7300 Building. Insignia/ESG brokers Tony Puente, Richard Bamonte and Janette Sanchez, all associate directors, represented the property owner, Miami RPFIV Airport Corporate Center Associates LLC, in the transaction.

Also in the 7300 Building, Fortis Benefits Insurance Co. renewed its 3,608-sf, class A office lease for a term of five years. Puente, Bamonte and Sanchez represented Miami RPFIV Airport Corporate Center Associates LLC in the deal. Felicia Refienburgh of Stiles Realty Co. represented Fortis Benefits Insurance Co.

In addition, Luxottica Sun Corp. signed a new, 1,951-sf, class A office lease in the 7300 Building. The eyewear manufacturer and distributor inked a three-year deal. Puente, Bamonte and Sanchez represented Miami RPFIV Airport Corporate Center Associates LLC.
