Terms of the lease, described as "long-term," are undisclosed. According tothe website of owner, Chicago-based Equity Office Properties Trust, theasking rental rate at this property is $29 per sf.

The facility, built in 1987, consists of twin six-story buildings totaling254,000 sf. They are joined by a six-story glass atrium with fountains andpedestrian bridges.

Ken Zirk and Matt Marshall of the Philadelphia-area office of Trammell CrowCo. represented Advest in the deal. In-house broker Ina Sargen negotiatedfor the owner.
