Richard Bamonte, Tony Puente and Janette Sanchez of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented the property owner in the transaction. Alisa Waerlop of Julien J. Studley represented Norwegian Cruise Lines in its expansion.
Airport Corporate Center is owned by a joint venture led by an affiliate of the pension plan investment adviser GE Asset Management and Insignia Financial Group Inc. as a minority member.
"Considering the difficult market conditions, we are pleased that in 2003 we have continued to have strong leasing activity within the park," Richard Bamonte, associate director of Insignia/ESG, says in a statement.
Airport Corporate Center consists of a little more than one million sf and is approximately 85% occupied.
