Norwegian Cruise Lines Signs $3.75M Lease Expansion

MIAMI-Norwegian Cruise Lines has increased its space at Airport Corporate Center here by 39,181 sf in a long-term expansion valued at an estimated $3.75 million. The space is located at 7650 Corporate Center Drive. The company currently leases another 125,658 sf in addition to the expansion.

Richard Bamonte, Tony Puente and Janette Sanchez of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented the property owner in the transaction. Alisa Waerlop of Julien J. Studley represented Norwegian Cruise Lines in its expansion.

Airport Corporate Center is owned by a joint venture led by an affiliate of the pension plan investment adviser GE Asset Management and Insignia Financial Group Inc. as a minority member.
