The 6000 Indian Creek project is being developed by BSG Development Corp. BSG Development principals include architects Charles Sieger and Jose Suarez of The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership; Ronald Bloomberg, president of Centaur Realty Organization, a Miami Beach real estate investment and brokerage firm; and general contractor Ronald Gaines of GS2 Corp., a Sieger Suarez construction management affiliate.

This is the first project that Sieger and Suarez are jointly developing as well as designing. The project will consist of no more than 35 units on a three-quarter-acre site. The glass-enclosed, inverted elliptical tower will have one to two units on each floor. Residences on half a floor will feature two bedrooms and 2.5 baths totaling 1,300 sf, while full-floor homes will have three bedrooms and 3.5 baths and total 2,800 sf.

Plans also include a triplex penthouse with more than 5,600 interior sf. The project will have a reflecting pool and fountain surrounding a three-story atrium lobby. Units will feature wrap-around terraces that become larger on each floor.
