Before joining Trammell Crow, Katz was senior managing director in the Industrial Services Group in Insignia/ESG Inc.'s New Jersey office for nine years. He has more than 25 years' experience in industrial and corporate real estate.
In his career, Katz has leased and sold more than 25 million sf of office and industrial space and development land. He has done many investment sales and build-to-suit deals, and has experience negotiating with governments on rezoning, variances and building approvals.
Katz also has worked as director for Cushman & Wakefield, executive vice president and managing partner for Sholom & Zuckerbrot, and vice president for Douglas Elliman.
