Katz Named Senior VP for Trammell Crow

MIAMI-Benjamin H. Katz has been appointed senior vice president in Trammell Crow Co.’s Boca Raton, FL office. In his new post, Katz will service industrial tenants and property owners in their South Florida transaction requirements.

Before joining Trammell Crow, Katz was senior managing director in the Industrial Services Group in Insignia/ESG Inc.’s New Jersey office for nine years. He has more than 25 years’ experience in industrial and corporate real estate.

In his career, Katz has leased and sold more than 25 million sf of office and industrial space and development land. He has done many investment sales and build-to-suit deals, and has experience negotiating with governments on rezoning, variances and building approvals.
