Denver-based Figg Bridge Engineers Inc. leased 4,000 sf, and Yardley, PA-based Apothecom leased 6,340 sf at 100 Campbell Blvd. The 30,000-sf, single-story building was completed in January. Both tenants will move in late this summer. Currently, about 20,000 sf remain available.

The single-story, 29,000-sf office/flex building at 444 Creamery Way is scheduled for completion this August. Farmington Hills, MI-based NTH Consultants plans to move in on completion. About 16,620 sf remain available for lease.

Ken Cohen of Gelcor represented Figg in the negotiations. Todd Westby of the Wayne, PA, office of Smith Mack & Co./Oncor International represented Apothecom. Brian Kash of Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB represented NTH. Westby represented the owner, Oaklands Business Parks Inc., in all three transactions.

Oaklands has approvals for an additional 600,000 sf and can accommodate buildings of up to 200,000 sf. The owner plans to break ground on a 42,000-sf, two-story office building later this year. The park is a master-planned site on 305 acres in Exton in Chester County and is home to approximately 70 companies in more than 32 office and R&D buildings.
