BOSTON-Trinity Financial Inc., a real estate development firm, has relocated to 40 Court St. The firm is leasing 4,205 sf in this 12-story building located in the heart of the city's financial district.

Tim Lyne, managing director at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented property owner Paradigm Properties in the transaction. Ted Wheatley of Staubach represented Trinity Financial.

40 Court St. is a 115,000-sf office building located at the intersection of Court Street, Tremont Street, and Cambridge Street directly across from Government Center. Paradigm Properties recently completed a $2.5 million renovation of the building, which was built in 1914. The building is nearly fully leased to a number of tenants including HNTB, Citizens Bank, Foundation for Informed Medical Decision Making, Property Portfolio & Research, Law Offices of Brett Levy and GEOS New York Corp.

Trinity Financial, which was previously located at 27 Golf St. in the city, specializes in residential and commercial development. Established in 1987, the firm has completed, or currently has in development, nearly $500 million of real estate projects, including over 162,000 sf of commercial space and over 3,000 units of housing.
